Supporting Parents for a Caring, Thriving Community

PACCC and the Center for Children and Youth (CCY) have partnered to offer Palo Alto families a comprehensive support system to help families grow and thrive as they navigate the challenges of modern life.

The Center for Children and Youth is transforming the way children’s mental health needs are addressed with the latest research, evidence-based treatments, parent education, and advocacy for public policies that help families thrive.

As the saying goes, “It takes a village,” and PACCC is honored to partner with CCY! Together, PACCC and CCY are committed to giving families meaningful support at every stage. Whether parents are looking for guidance around behavior and big emotions, sensory needs, learning differences, anxiety, ADHD, or family transitions, this partnership helps families connect with experienced professionals.

Each month, parents can expect access to expert-led workshops, events, and educational courses designed to support Palo Alto families, as we have done since 1974!

This partnership also offers a discounted rate on the following services and may evolve as needs arise:

  • Child Observations: PACCC centers are eligible for a 15% discount off the rate for child observations with written reports.
  • Teacher Mentoring: PACCC centers are eligible for a 15% discount off the hourly rate for teacher mentoring.
  • Parent Education Workshops: Available to PACCC staff and families at a discount of 50%. PACCC will sponsor families enrolled in its Financial Assistance Programs.
  • Clinical Support: PACCC staff or CCY consultants may recommend and refer children and families for clinical support (i.e. Psychotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Multi-Family Parent Groups for Anxiety and ADHD, Psychiatric Evaluation, Neuropsychological Evaluation) at CCY at current full fee rates.
